Scope of work

The renovation combined connected interior scopes from demolition and rebuild through finishing and turnover. This gave the project team one coordinated construction-support partner across multiple stages of the work.

High-access conditions

Large interior wall surfaces and commercial ceiling heights required elevated working platforms. The crew used scissor lifts and boom lifts to complete suitable work at height while coordinating around the active renovation environment.

The completed work supported the commercial renovation from early demolition and wall assembly through interior finishing, sink renovation and turnover cleaning.
