The finished paint depends on the surface underneath. Uneven patches, open seams and the wrong finish level can show under bright commercial lighting. NXTL coordinates drywall preparation, finishing and painting so the requirements are clear from repair through the final coat.

We review the required board, finish level and existing conditions before quoting. Any required specialist work must be completed before affected areas are closed and painted.
Built for occupied spaces and active construction sites
Before pricing, we review access, building rules, work hours and deadlines. Occupied-space work may require phased areas, protection of floors and furniture, ventilation and low-odour products suited to the specification. After-hours and weekend scheduling can be reviewed based on building rules and availability.
On active sites, we coordinate with the superintendent and other trades. For high ceilings and large walls, we review the access and working area for suitable scissor- and boom-lift work.

Interior painting, drywall and elevated access
At MAPEI’s facility at 7440 Vantage Way in Delta, NXTL completed commercial interior painting and elevated-access work with R Four Contracting. The broader renovation also included demolition, drywall, insulation, sink renovation and turnover cleaning.
Large interior wall surfaces and commercial ceiling heights required mobile elevated work platforms. The photographs below show the painting work and access conditions.

From site review to final walkthrough
- Send the basics. Location, photos, approximate wall and ceiling areas if known, ceiling heights, colour and sheen requirements, and target dates.
- Review the site. We check surface condition, repairs, access and the required finish.
- Define the quote. The written scope identifies preparation, surfaces, coating requirements, inclusions, exclusions and scheduling.
- Prepare and protect. Adjacent areas are protected and surfaces are cleaned, patched, sanded and primed as specified.
- Apply the finish. Work is sequenced with the agreed site hours, coating requirements and other trades.
- Walk through the work. We review the completed scope with you and address agreed touch-ups before handoff.

How much does commercial painting cost in Vancouver?
Pricing depends on the wall and ceiling area, surface condition, coating system, colour change, access height and work hours. Drywall repairs and after-hours work are identified in the scope. Send photos and any measurements you have; we can confirm quantities during the site review.
Can you paint while our business stays open?
Where the site conditions allow, we phase the work by area and agree on protection, ventilation and work hours before starting. Low-odour products and after-hours or weekend scheduling can be reviewed against the coating requirements and crew availability.
Do you do both drywall and painting?
Yes. NXTL can coordinate drywall installation, repairs, taping, finishing and interior painting under one contract with one point of contact.
Can you match our existing paint colour?
Usually, from a paint code or physical sample. Age, fading, sheen and the substrate can affect the match, so the approach is confirmed before painting larger areas.
Do you work at height?
Yes. NXTL uses scissor and boom lifts for suitable high-access work, including commercial walls and high ceilings. Our MAPEI project in Delta shows this work.
Do you work for general contractors?
Yes. We provide defined drywall and painting scopes for commercial renovations, tenant improvements and project closeout, coordinating with the superintendent and other trades.
